'28 NC Academy's Jewell is BLOCKING her way to national attention

One of our newest Player Profile's out of North Carolina put up some eye opening numbers, at the net, during her Freshman HS season and that is helping her gain some attention on the national stage. Maggie Jewell (Chapel Hill, NC) ended the prep season with the 5th most blocks in the country (per Max Preps) while playing for East Chapel Hill HS. This also relates to her strong 9.4 she has already posted as a TOP Score for her Block Touch on her Player Profile on the site. Jewell will look to turn her successful prep season into a bigger club season with NC Academy and that begins this weekend.
