Jade Howard adds power to UVA's '27 Class

A5 Volleyball is deep with talented college prospects, and the Virginia Cavaliers landed one of them a couple of weeks ago in Jade Howard.  The middle blocker prospect already brings a college-ready frame and a strong set of skills to the Cavalier program, and she is only a Sophomore.  She will be a physical presence in the middle of an ACC lineup when she hits campus in 22 months.  Howard was impressive during the end of Summer play of club season and reports were positive during her select camp stops which made her PPV scores move upward so her stock is moving in the right direction for the UVA staff.  She joins a large committed class for Virginia with an average PPV score of 180 total.
