Volleyball After Dark: An Exciting Opportunity

This week the Creighton volleyball program and the Omaha Supernovas announced an exciting night they are calling Volleyball After Dark. There will be two matches taking place, the Bluejays against the University of Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks and the professional team, Omaha Supernovas against the Columbus Fury.

This will be a great way for younger Bluejays to get a chance to play on a big stage before heading into the fall season. It will also be a wonderful opportunity for volleyball fans in Omaha who will get to cheer on three of the home teams.

The night will surely be special for Kendra Wait and Allison Whitten, coming out of the Creighton team and playing with the Supernovas. As the event gets closer, fans will get a chance to see what a possible lineup might look like for the Jays next season. With new setters and defenders getting in the mix for the Bluejays, it will be interesting to see what approach the coaching staff picks and who they will go with for each position.
