Sidney Burley Libero MN Select - University of Kentucky, Wildcats

With their second recruit of the class, the seven-time SEC champs are building an impressive resume with Burley as their defensive leader. She is consistent in first contact and has the high level ball control to cover a lot of court in serve receive. Burley has relentless defensive pursuit and reads the game well to put herself in the right position, an incredible libero to watch with strong leadership skills to impact the Wildcats.

Jillian McCarthy Setter/Opposite Hitter Jupiter Elite - Michigan State University, Spartans  

Michigan State brings in a highly talented recruiting class, starting strong with McCarthy, an intelligent setter out of Florida. She brings athleticism to the setter position and length at 6’1 for a high release point that keeps blockers on their toes. McCarthy has strong location off the net and can control the tempo in system while mixing up her sets, she will be a leader for the Spartans.

Colbie Mckenna Outside Hitter ECP Volleyball - Michigan State University, Spartans

Another great addition to the Spartans, an outside hitter who plays with power and precision. Mckenna is a highly skilled attacker who isn’t afraid to use off-speed shots, paired with a powerful arm swing, she will be a force for the Spartans. Her impact doesn’t stop at the front row, playing left and middle back defense for her club team, she is quick on defense and uses her length to play balls outside her body.

Sara Bowcutt Outside Hitter Arizona Storm - Texas A&M University, Aggies

Part of another strong outside hitter duo and a large part of Arizona Storm's success this season, the Aggies land an explosive attack in Bowcutt. She is a consistent blocker with good vision to read the attacker's approach and works hard to get off the net in transition to be an offensive weapon, she wants the ball. Her impact starts in the front row with a powerful crossbody shot and the ability to tool blockers as she adjusts her footwork well to attack different sets. Bowcutt has earned many All Tournaments awards this year for her success and Aggies fans can be hopeful for many more in the future.

Ayanna Watson Outside Hitter Vegas Aces - University of Pittsburgh, Panthers

-of-Watson is about as physical an attacker as it gets, she soars above the block when attacking and her athleticism shines in out of system moments as she finds a way to score off the net. She is a lethal attacking option out of the back row and is dependable as a six-rotation outside hitter, Watson has spent time in the USA gym that will prepare her for the high-level competition at Pitt. With a big-time playmaker who has the ability to take over a game offensively, Panther volleyball fans are in for a treat with Watson.
