Zamari Christensen (2027 Setter Club V) is another one of those setters that gives depth and validation to this up coming class.  Waiting for some camp reports to come back before issuing her initial PPV, but she could have been as high as 4 maybe 5 in the previous class.  She also camped at local University of Utah today.

Rice Owls take big jump over the weekend.  With two new signings this weekend (Setter Zora Bello and Bella Lopez) Rice has put together the strongest 2026 class of any school outside of a Power 4 conference.

Camp Sightings:  Here are some of the social sightings and messages we received from athletes on the road this past weekend at camps.

Nebraska Dream Team: Ellie Enger and Julia Masseling 2028, Tessa Larking 2027 OH, Carsyn Comer 2027 MB, Reagan Walraff 2027 OH, Malorie Boesiger, Ellery DeBoer and Marissa Jones, Brynn Stephens 2027 Setters, Madelyn Henry 2027 OH, Averi Bridges 2028 Libero, Kate Kalczynski 2027 OH

Kentucky: Ellery DeBoer Setter 2027 and Keilani Ledaji-Brewer 2027 OH

Louisville: Peyton Kubik OH 2027 and Cora Bicknase 2027 Libero, Ali Strange 2027 Libero,

Boston College: Maddy Conner 2027 and Lyla Buser OH

Washington: Asia Udo-Emi 2027 OH

Purdue: Shania Rhamy 2027 Libero and Tatum Kelly 2027 Setter

Miami, Florida: Josalyn Jacks 2028 OH

Jacksonville State: Olivia Peterson 2026 MB

Oregon State: Ervin Twins 2027

Watch out for Keilani…..We interviewed Ledaji-Brewer the North Carolina OH before the Phenom event last December in Tampa.  She had a great showing and you could tell she had the physical gifts to show pass the eye test with college coaches, but playing with a smaller club we just didn’t know what kind of competition and skill she would see.  Very excited seeing her getting big invites to Select Camps like Nebraska and Kentucky, she has the personality for the prime time.  Excited to hear what impact she made at camps.  Coaches get her on your lists.

6-2 Setters get full time shot at camps.  Athletes like Brynn Stephens who play other positions or split setting duties in a 6-2 offense get excellent opportunities running the show during college camps like these.  Sounds like she did nothing to disappoint at Nebraska and will also be heading to UCLA’s camps soon.

Some had a questioned an earlier statement we made about this class having 7-10 difference making floor generals in 2027.  One we haven’t mentioned yet is an athlete I’m guessing only college coaches know about until now Laura Adel is 6’1 Setter from Canada and has an impressive resume and from the people we have talked with at higher levels just as amazing of a game.  She is training at Team Canada Training Camp right now, for a look at her legit resume go check out her resume on her Player Profile at VBAdrenaline.com  We will be setting up and interview with Laura as soon as she finishes up with Team Canada and are excited for volleyball fans to meet her.  Have a very good feeling she is going to factor in to the 2027 recruiting picture in a large way.

Madelyn Henry Kairos's next P4 lock.  Kairos Volleyball in Sioux Falls isn’t a nice little Midwest “secret” for hidden talent anymore.  Yes, Bergen is still their most famous alumni, but the club has been putting out multiple D1 scholarship players for nearly a decade now and is on a run of multiple players to Power 4 conferences each year (still think they have 2 in 2026 coming).  For 2027 that sure thing is Madelyn Henry OH who has the game face of rattle snake and the right arm of a sledge hammer.  She does not get cheated and though she falls into the “undersized OH” category the right people are remembering her name when they watch her play.  She just returned from Nebraska and I believe she camped at K State in June.  She’s been a Varsity starter since her 7th grade season.  Just put her on your dark horse list in 2027.

2026 News and Info:

Did we nail our 411 on the Setters the other night or what:)  Rice and Wake just signed a couple of culture kids, hey it’s up for the coaches to coach and setters to set, but I think you can go to war with either of those ladies.  Congrats.

A couple of OH’s I was surprised I haven’t heard more about Sophia Stallworth OTVA and Paisley Pavliska South Texas Volleyball some players that were ranked pretty high by other publications I just hadn’t heard much about before or at Nationals.   Also, interested to watch what happens to Madisyn Crnjac of AZ Storm.

I do know that Haley Burgdorf, one of our newest Player Profiles, will be making a decision by the end of the month and she has a very impressive resume of Select Camps.  I need to start investigating better because it seems wide open for the Sports Performance OH.

The Mystery of Bryah Breaux continues….I think I get more confused each day as to where the Metro OPP will go.  There are a couple of possibilities she could go to a very large program as there second option and be a total project or she could go to one of about 8-10 very good programs and be their #1 option.

Hey everyone just want to leave everyone with a quick note. In September we will start offering a recruiting eductation service called "Straight Talk Recruiting". It will be through the site and can be for any prospect or family wanting extra education or another way of looking at the recruiting game. Very affordable simply a way to share some of the insights I've learned from the "other side of the recruiting world" that may not always get talked about. More to come, but excited to help or at least offer to our growing fanbase no matter what level you want to play at.
